What hurts isn’t always bad

I’m starting to see the light that all things that don’t feel good, aren’t necessarily bad for you.  For example pushing yourself in the gym is painful but there’s a benefit.  I believe this principle can be applied to a greater scope in life, mostly in achieving your goals and fulfilling your dreams.  It’s a long way to the top if you wanna rock n roll. This is another nod to the same sentiment of taking and embracing the pain of getting to where you want to be, instead of only eyeing the goal, you’re in the process and enjoying it as we go.  I hope you can apply this to some part of your own journey, I know what it means to me.
